From football to wine. It is a bit of an unusual story, but it is my story. In 2014, I played my final season of football abroad in Parma, Italy. Little did I know how that experience would change the trajectory of my life. I fell in love with the Italian culture. The people, the food, and especially the wine. I began to see and experience wine in a completely new way. Wine was not just a staple at the dinner table, but it was a source of pride and identity for the Italians. I was hooked. I wanted more. Eventually, it was time to take my wine journey from a hobby to a profession. I moved to Napa Valley, in 2018 and never looked back.
